Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Possession of, or eligibility for, Georgia SLP licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates will be considered
• Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy and working with diverse student populations
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students per IEPs, fostering communication development
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to eligibility meetings
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as needed
