Front Desk Agent, Grouse Mountain Lodge

This is a full-time, year-round position beginning September 2026. Starting wage for this role is $17.50/hour.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create exceptional first impressions by welcoming guests with a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic attitude

• Check guests in and out efficiently, assign rooms, and manage room availability

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Share information about hotel amenities, local attractions, activities, and services to help guests make the most of their stay

• Respond to guest questions and requests with professionalism and a solution-focused approach

• Support teammates across departments and jump in wherever needed

• Take on a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic role where no two days are the same

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous Front Desk, hospitality, or guest service experience is strongly preferred

• Strong commitment to guest service and teamwork

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor

• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
