Chief of Pharmacy – DAP Health Qualifications Education and Experience Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required; advanced degrees (MBA, MHA,MPH, or related field) strongly preferred, but the individual must demonstrate equivalentfinancial and operational competency through experience.
