Building Automation Systems Sales Manager
PASCO has been delivering building automation and energy management solutions since 1972. With offices spanning across New York State, our team of 30+ engineers and automation specialists design and implement systems that monitor and control HVAC, lighting, central plants, and critical building environments.
We specialize in customized building automation solutions and integrating both modern and legacy systems to help building owners improve efficiency, comfort, and operational control.
PASCO is seeking a Building Automation Systems Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth throughout our Upstate New York territory. This role blends sales leadership, technical consulting, and relationship management, working closely with building owners, engineers, and contractors to deliver advanced automation and control solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Developing sales goals and strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Delivering technical presentations and demonstrating building automation system capabilities
- Working with sales personnel to develop project specifications, point lists, scopes of work, and proposals using plans and drawings
- Assisting with bidding and closing new projects
- Collaborating with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure project success
- Monitoring engineering, project management, and subcontractor performance to ensure contract compliance
- Overseeing pricing updates, bill-of-material cost structures, and estimating procedures
- Tracking sales performance and preparing reports measuring success
- Ensuring accurate order processing and coordinating project handoff to engineering teams
