Invitation Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our single-family rental homes. In this role, you will perform routine and emergency maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs. You’ll complete work orders, conduct inspections, and ensure homes are safe, functional, and move‑in ready. The technician will diagnose issues, source parts, and work with vendors as needed while maintaining accurate records. You’ll interact professionally with residents, prioritize service requests, and uphold our standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in a performance-driven, team-oriented culture.
