Software Integrity Engineer

Responsibilities

Screen, triage, and prioritize incoming bug reports and user feedback.
Analyze diagnostic logs, internal analytics, and software issues to identify emerging trends.
Design, build, maintain, evaluate, and use automation tools for triage efficiency.
Apply modern and agentic ML methods to software development and data processing.
Develop evaluation methods for assessing automation and ML results.
Partner with software engineers, quality engineering, and engineering program managers to improve software quality and delivery.

Requirements

At least one year of experience diagnosing and triaging software issues.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or two years of relevant professional experience as a substitute.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
Experience using agentic ML methods for software development and data processing, including developing evaluation methods.
Experience with bug or issue ticketing systems is a plus.
Experience with JavaScript, Swift, or Python is a plus.
