Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily apartment community in Pearland, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated maintenance professional with strong leadership skills, extensive apartment maintenance experience, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the daily maintenance operations of the apartment community.
Prioritize, assign, and oversee work orders to ensure timely completion.
Perform HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Complete apartment make-readies to company standards.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, drywall, and general maintenance issues.
Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Assist with emergency maintenance calls as needed.
Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and management.
Qualifications
5+ years of Lead Maintenance experience in the multifamily apartment industry (Required)
EPA HVAC Certification (Required)
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification (Preferred)
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general apartment maintenance.
Experience leading and mentoring maintenance teams.
Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of maintenance issues.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
$30 - $42 per hour
