Global Communications owns and operates AT&T stores across the Houston area, and we're growing. We're looking for energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Consultants who love connecting people with the products and services that keep them connected — phones, wireless plans, internet, fiber, accessories, and the full lineup of AT&T offerings.

What You'll Do

You'll split your time between two high-energy environments:

In the store (about 80% of your shifts) You'll be the face of AT&T for the customers who walk through our doors. Most of them come in with a service question or account need — and that's your moment to shine. You'll solve their problem, build trust, and uncover opportunities to upgrade their plan, add a line, or set them up with products that genuinely make their lives easier.

Events (about 20% of your shifts) Armed with a tablet, you'll bring AT&T directly to where people already are: pop-up tables at grocery stores, booths at farmers markets, and fiber campaigns in local neighborhoods. These events are a fun, fast-paced way to grow your sales and your paycheck.

What You'll Earn

We believe great salespeople deserve great pay. Our plan rewards performance — and the commission is uncapped .

• Base pay: $10–$14/hour, depending on experience (most consultants average $12–$13/hour )
• Commission: $1,500–$5,000/month , paid on gross profit
• Realistic target: Most consultants comfortably earn $1,500–$2,000/month in commission — and top performers go well beyond it

What We're Looking For

• Ability to speak Spanish fluently is preferred but not required
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to help customers
• Comfort working both behind the counter and out at community events
• Self-motivation and a goal-driven mindset
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus — but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter most
