Join Hill Industrial Tools Inc as a Sales and Application Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional tooling  solutions to our valued manufacturing  customers. This exciting role in Minneapolis, MN, offers the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen in a dynamic and supportive environment.  Ideal candidate will have a machining/manufacturing background.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our innovative industrial tools.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer specifications are met accurately.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Provide technical support and application expertise to customers and internal teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our brand and network with potential clients.

Requirements:

• NO Minimum years of experience in technical sales or application support.
• Will teach a candidate to have a strong understanding of industrial tools and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
