Real Estate Finance Associate

About the Role This role is ideal for an attorney with strong transactional real estate experience who enjoys handling complex financing transactions, working closely with lenders and borrowers, and managing multiple deals simultaneously. You’ll work alongside highly regarded legal professionals on sophisticated commercial real estate and finance matters across major markets. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial real estate and finance transaction documents Represent lenders and/or borrowers in complex financing transactions Conduct and manage due diligence review, including title, survey, corporate formation documents, SNDAs, and construction-related documentation Support deal execution from inception through closing Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, title companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient transaction management Manage multiple active transactions in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high‑quality work product What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in real estate finance or commercial real estate transactions Strong drafting and negotiation experience with transactional documents Experience representing lenders, borrowers, or both in financing transactions Familiarity with customary real estate due diligence review and analysis Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with construction‑related agreements and documentation Exposure to sophisticated commercial real estate financing matters Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline‑driven legal environment Why This Role Stands Out Opportunity to work on sophisticated, high‑value real estate finance transactions Join a globally recognized law firm with a strong reputation in the market Excellent compensation package and long‑term growth potential Collaborative culture focused on mentorship, professional development, and innovation Exposure to complex deals across New York and Miami markets Equitability and inclusion are critical to Elevate Legal Talent.
