LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support logistics operations and retail pricing initiatives. This role will focus on maintaining accurate data, updating pricing information, and supporting day-to-day operational needs. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage data accurately in a fast-paced environment. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday, and is a 6 month contract to start. Pay is $20/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain logistics and retail pricing data in internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, review, and analyze data for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with pricing updates, data comparisons, and identifying discrepancies.
• Support logistics-related reporting and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered within established deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and support operational needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Previous data entry, administrative, logistics, or pricing support experience required.
• Retail industry experience a huge plus!
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced office environment.
