Sr. Manager - Platform and Architecture Validation and Compliance

Senior Manager role overseeing platform validation, compliance, and IT architecture at Thermo Fisher Scientific's Clinical Research Group. Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop technology roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives
- Lead enterprise IT projects and programs with focus on validation, compliance, and audit readiness
- Guide digital transformation initiatives leveraging cloud, data analytics, and AI technologies
- Build and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations and matrix structures
- Oversee IT service delivery, security standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, business administration, or related field
- 8-10 years of platform or architecture experience with demonstrated technical knowledge
- 5+ years in leadership roles requiring people management and team development
- Experience leading complex enterprise IT projects and programs
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, security, and compliance
- Expertise in IT service delivery, operations, and process improvement
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party contracts
Compensation: $120,000 - $185,000 USD annual salary, plus variable annual bonus eligible
