Hourly Pay Range: $19.31 - $28.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Department Support Assistant I - Pulmonary Sleep Medicine Location: 120 Spalding Drive, Naperville, IL Full Time: 40 hours a week Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Schedule varies between Office Hours. Required Travel: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs What you will do: The Department Support Assistant I will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative and operational support to the department, ensuring its efficient functioning. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and committed to contributing to the success of the department Provide general administrative support to the department, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining departmental records and files. Assist with the organization of meetings, conferences, and special events, including scheduling, room reservations, and material preparation. Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and electronic systems as needed. Assist in generating routine reports and documents for the department. Assist in the drafting and proofreading of emails, memos, reports, and other departmental documents. Manage and respond to departmental inquiries, providing excellent customer service. Maintain and monitor inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and submitting orders as necessary. Organize and maintain departmental records, files, and documents. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls for department members as required. What you will need: High School Diploma or GED required CPR Certification specifically from American Heart Association A valid driver's license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an off-site location. If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law and evidence of such coverage may be requested.
