Advantage Dealer Group is looking for a dedicated Service BDC Representative to support our service departments by scheduling appointments, retaining customers, and providing outstanding customer service.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating with customers, and contributing to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Contact customers regarding maintenance recommendations, recalls, and service campaigns
• Conduct follow-up calls after service visits
• Respond to inbound service inquiries via phone, text, email, and online channels
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
• Assist with customer retention and service marketing initiatives
• Work closely with the service team to maximize appointment opportunities
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, BDC, call center, receptionist, or automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
