Sales BDC Representative (Bilingual Preferred)

Advantage Dealer Group is seeking an energetic customer-focused Sales BDC Representative (Bilingual Preferred) to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in driving sales opportunities by connecting with customers responding to inquiries and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to internet leads phone calls text messages and online inquiries
Engage prospective customers and answer questions regarding vehicle availability and features
Schedule and confirm sales appointments
Follow up with unsold prospects and previous customers
Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM
Support dealership marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly performance goals
Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through appointment arrival
Work closely with sales managers and consultants to maximize appointment show and sold rates

Qualifications

Previous automotive BDC call center customer service or sales experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers
Proficient with computers CRM systems and digital communication tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
