Home Restoration Experts Inc. is hiring experienced sales representatives to sell roofing, siding, and window projects in Naperville and surrounding cities within a 50-mile radius. This is a full-cycle sales role for closers who are comfortable generating their own opportunities and closing deals.
Sales representatives will actively generate leads through door-to-door sales, run inspections and estimates, present solutions, and close contracts with homeowners. Additional leads may be provided based on performance and availability. Responsibilities:• Door-to-door sales in assigned territories
• Generating self-produced leads
• Running inspections and estimates
• Presenting roofing, siding, and window solutions
• Closing contracts with homeowners
• Managing deals from inspection through contract
• Coordinating with production and administrative teams Compensation Details:
• Commission-only position
• $2,500 bi-weekly draw against commission
• Commission paid on closed projects What We Offer:
