What's in It for You?

Pay & Commission Base: $18.25/hr ($19.25/hr bilingual Spanish) At goal: ~$25/hr total (base + commission) Commission paid monthly Uncapped; earnings vary based on individual performance. Top performers: $5,000$8,000/month in commission Ramp-up protection: commission floor for your first 3 months post-training* (contingent on meeting attendance, productivity, and sales activity KPIs.)

5-week paid training at $17.25/hr, then $18.25/hr base once you hit the floor

What We're Looking For

1+ year in sales or customer-facing role (retail, call center, etc.) Motivated by commission; resilient and goal-oriented Strong communicator; comfortable with sales scripts and CRM tools Able to multitask across multiple screens and systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy on every call Nice to have: Contact center or phone sales experience in a high-volume setting Home warranty, service plans, or subscription product sales A track record of exceeding quotas in performance-driven environments. Salesforce or HubSpot experience

What You'll Do

Sales Sell home warranty, protection plan, and energy-related products through inbound and outbound calls Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and overcome objections Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service Customer & Operations Lead consultative, trust-building conversations Accurately log calls and follow-ups in CRM Work with coaches to continuously improve your performance
