Now Hiring Sales Associate / Customer Service (Front Desk) Drybar Naperville 304 Route 59, Suite 140 Compensation Starting at $15.00/hour Commission on memberships, retail products, and hot tools Great earning potential with hourly pay + commission Why You'll Love Working Here Flexible part-time and full-time schedules Fun, supportive team culture Health benefits for full-time team members AFLAC benefits available to all team members 20% employee discount on Drybar products Opportunities for growth and advancement What You'll Do Greet every guest with exceptional hospitality Schedule appointments and manage check-in/check-out Recommend memberships, products, and styling tools Help drive retail and membership sales Support the team in creating a seamless salon experience We're Looking for Someone Who Is Friendly, positive, and outgoing Passionate about customer service Comfortable recommending products and memberships Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment Retail, salon, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus Current Scheduling Needs Opening Shifts Monday–Wednesday | 6:45 AM–3:00 PM Closing Shifts Wednesday–Saturday | 2:00 PM–7:00 PM Sunday Shifts 8:45 AM–4:00 PM Availability Requirement Must be available to work at least 2 Saturdays per month .
