Customer Service Rep - THIS IS NOT REMOTE !!!

MMC Group is seeking dependable, customer-focused Call Center Agents to join a fast-paced, service-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of call center or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers. Paid training and a structured onboarding schedule will help prepare you for success in the role.

Training Schedule

Training follows a structured schedule to help you transition into the regular work schedule.

• Available Start Days: Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday
• Weeks 1–2: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Week 3: Transition to the regular schedule while continuing training
• Regular Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM - Mon- Friday !!!

Candidates must be available to attend training as scheduled and transition to the regular work hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries using established scripts and procedures.
• Navigate multiple computer systems to research information and resolve customer concerns.
• Gather and verify information to understand customer needs and determine appropriate solutions.
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Escalate complex or non-routine issues to the appropriate department or senior representative.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of call center or customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Ability to type efficiently while speaking with customers and documenting information.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow scripts, procedures, and established guidelines.
