As we continue to grow and seek to impact more lives, we’re building a diverse, driven and empathetic team, while working hard to cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive.Employment type:Full timeWhat you’ll be working on: Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with support and mentorship of an onsite clinical Preceptor.Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visitsContinuous learning during weekly Didactics with dedicated faculty, Clinical Rounds and through other modalitiesOngoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teamsUtilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:Must have completed accredited NP or PA program with a national certification with a graduation date between November 2025 and May 2026 Must hold active license in the state of CA or have submitted application for licensure prior to June 1, 2026 Must be Board Certified as a FNP, ANP, or PA One Medical providers also demonstrate:A passion for culturally competent primary careThe ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality careThe ability to communicate effectively with patients and team membersClinical proficiency in evidence-based primary careThe desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare deliveryAn openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknessesThe ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleaguesReadiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patientsOne Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The base salary for this role is $148,200 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
