This individual will be a fellowship-trained surgical oncologist with a clinic focus in the treatment of skin and soft tissue malignancies including melanoma and sarcoma. The Division of Surgical Oncology is committed to providing personalized, comprehensive care for patients with a broad array of benign and malignant tumors. We work in collaboration with members from other divisions in the Department of Surgery, along with the Department of Radiation Oncology, Division of Hematology/Oncology, the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the Department of Genetics and the Department of Dermatology to provide high-quality, innovative, and comprehensive multidisciplinary cancer care. We also provide an environment that supports the education of health professionals and encourages advanced research to further medical science. Interested candidates should contribute to the tripartite mission of the institution including clinical, research and education needs of the division. The surgeon would report to the Division Director of Surgical Oncology and the Department Chair. Required Qualifications The successful candidate will hold an M.D., M.D./Ph.D., or Ph.D. and will be an outstanding leader and highly skilled, widely recognized in the field with a strong track record.
