Live-In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) – Driver Required

Location: South Jersey / Client Location Assigned

Employment Type: Full-Time Live-In Position

Pay: $200–$220 per day (Based on experience, qualifications, and client assignment)

Home To Stay Home Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dependable Live-In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide personalized, non-medical care for a client in their home.

This position is ideal for a caregiver who enjoys building meaningful relationships, providing consistent support, and creating a safe and comfortable environment for the person they care for.

Our live-in caregivers receive support from our office team and are matched with cases where their skills and availability are a good fit.

Position ResponsibilitiesAs a Live-In CHHA, you will:

• Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support.

• Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.

• Provide reminders according to the client's care plan.

• Prepare simple meals and assist with nutrition needs.

• Complete light housekeeping and laundry related to client care.

• Monitor and report changes in client condition.

• Follow the established care plan and agency policies.

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

Qualifications

Required :

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.

• Valid New Jersey Driver's License.

• Reliable transportation or ability to meet transportation requirements.

• Ability to complete live-in responsibilities and maintain a professional caregiver relationship.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude.

• Ability to pass required background screening and onboarding requirements.

Required Pre-Employment Documentation

Before beginning employment, applicants must provide :

• Active NJ CHHA certification.

• Valid driver's license.

• Government-issued identification.

• I-9 employment eligibility documentation.

• TB screening documentation (2-step PPD within required timeframe or acceptable alternative).

• Physical examination documentation.

Required immunization documentation, including MMR/titers if applicable.
