Agile Delivery Planning Coordinator

Role Title Agile Delivery Planning Coordinator Role Description The Agile Delivery Planning Coordinator is responsible for a range of functions. These include but are not limited to. Project Administration & Reporting Track project reporting and milestones to generate required reporting and coordination across the Project Ensure Schedule and Finance leads remain synchronized across project delivery activities Draft reporting and correspondence on behalf of Project Executives and Functional Leads Manage the AIR6500 Group Mailbox Support regular Project reporting in accordance with the Program Master Schedule, and project battle-rhythm Support Project obligations in supporting Agile processes and ceremonies including execution activities, boards and showcases Support development and maintenance of a Stakeholder and Communication Plan, manage and maintain a correspondence register, RFI and action registers. Contract administration of receivable CDRLs from MSLs – receipt, allocation, interrogation/analysis, feedback, and acceptance; including management of the CDRL register. Manage HoG Taskings and tracking Manage updates to the Project on relevant intranet sites Assist in coordinating project travel including supporting the development of AF090, travel plans and reporting Support functional leads with meeting creation, objective, meeting minutes and room access Essential Requirements Experience working in Defence Acquisitions Familiarity with Defence Project Life Cycle Strong organisational skills Strong stakeholder engagement Desirable Requirements Experience or knowledge of Agile projects Required Security Clearance Level NV1 Location Canberra Weekly Hours 40 Equal Opportunity Employer Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, please refer to our Enterprise Agreement and for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr Amentum
