Production Scheduler

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team in Burbank, CA. Responsibilities Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization. Collaborate with various departments, including production, procurement, and logistics, to ensure alignment on schedules and priorities. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or production capacity. Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding schedule changes and production status. Assist in the development of long-term production planning strategies. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production schedules and inventory levels. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in production scheduling or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
