What You'll Do Lead Projects from Start to Finish Manage multiple civil construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Drive overall project performance, profitability, and client satisfaction Identify potential issues early and implement solutions before they impact production Financial & Operational Management Monitor job costs, budgets, forecasting, and production quantities Manage billing, change orders, subcontractor agreements, and cost recovery efforts Review project financials and maintain strong project profitability Prepare and present project updates to company leadership Partner with Field Operations Work closely with Superintendents and field teams to support successful project execution Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors Participate in planning meetings and ongoing project coordination Remove obstacles that impact productivity, schedules, or project performance Client & Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors Build strong relationships through responsiveness, accountability, and communication Lead project meetings and maintain alignment among all stakeholders What We're Looking For Required Experience 5+ years of Project Management experience within: Heavy Civil Construction Site Development Earthwork Underground Utilities Civil Infrastructure Projects Strong understanding of: Job Costing Budget Management Financial Forecasting Scheduling & Production Tracking Change Order Management Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Preferred Experience Public works and private development projects Large-scale site development projects Earthwork and underground utility construction Proven track record of delivering profitable projects Experience mentoring Project Engineers or junior Project Managers Software Experience Experience with one or more of the following: HCSS HeavyJob Procore Sage Viewpoint Other construction management software Compensation & Benefits $120,000 - $150,000 DOE Performance‑based bonus opportunities Company truck Fuel card Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Professional development opportunities Long‑term advancement potential Why Join Us?
