We are a professional asbestos restoration company specializing in the safe identification, containment, and removal of asbestos-containing materials in residential and commercial properties. Our team follows strict regulatory and safety standards to minimize risk and ensure proper handling, removal, and disposal. 

From initial assessment and project planning to documentation and compliance, we manage the entire process efficiently and responsibly, helping property owners restore safe, compliant environments with confidence.

An Asbestos Project Manager oversees projects from start to finish, including site assessments, sales consultations, detailed estimates , project coordination, regulatory compliance, and documentation. They serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable regulations. 

Disaster Kleenup Specialists is currently seeking a qualified Project Manager to join our Environmental Division . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to lead and coordinate remediation projects involving hazardous materials.

About the Environmental Division

Our Environmental Division specializes in managing and mitigating a range of environmental hazards, including:

• Asbestos
  
  
• Lead
  
  
• Mold
  
  
• Biohazards
  
  
• Trauma Cleanups
  
  

As a Project Manager in this division, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of projects from assessment to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in restoration and estimating in environmental or disaster recovery projects.

• Familiarity with project documentation, compliance protocols, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid California Driver’s License
  
  
• Reasonable Driving Record
  
  
• Current or Past Certification in one or more of the following:
  • Asbestos Abatement

  • Lead Remediation

  • Mold Remediation
