As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring an accurate scope of work for projects and preparing estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary softwareNegotiating customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimateScheduling, coordinating, and overseeing crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractorsReviewing job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintaining written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesManaging production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assetsAdditional responsibilities include:Managing the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsProviding priority response to potential customersParticipating in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammatesPosition requirements include:Valid driver's licenseHigh school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experienceAt least 3 years of industry experienceIICRC certification a preferredSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies include:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawCompensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
