Project Manager (IT Resource Management)

Clearance: Secret
Overview: Manages IT resource projects using Agile methods.
Responsibilities:
- Define and track project scope and milestones.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Translate requirements into user stories.
- Coordinate cross-functional project delivery.
- Monitor risks and performance metrics.
Core Competencies:
- Agile/Scrum project management
- IT requirements analysis
- Communication and facilitation
- Resource and risk management
Requirements:
- Education: BA/BS with 5+ years OR AA/AS with 7+ years.
- Certifications: IAT II.
- Experience: 5+ years Agile IT project management.
- Technical Screening:
- Agile and Scrum facilitation.
- IT resource scheduling tools.
- Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
