Construction Project Manager

Under the direction of the Director of Construction, the Construction Project Manager will plan and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role is responsible for budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, contract negotiations, and ensuring delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget. Requirements 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proven experience managing commercial projects valued from $1M-$50M+. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents. OSHA 30 certification required. PMP or CCM certification is a plus. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Financial and contractual acumen. Collaborative, team-first mindset with strong client-service orientation. Duties and Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans. Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Oversee contract administration, including RFPs, bid analysis, and change orders. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with local codes, building regulations, and safety standards. Review construction documents and shop drawings for accuracy and feasibility. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and schedule adherence. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Maintain detailed documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, and close-out packages.
