We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position beginning as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
• Hold or be eligible for School SLP licensure in the state
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Comfortable and enthusiastic about working with K-12th grade students
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for communication disorders among K-12 students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Serve as a resource for teachers and families regarding student needs and progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all relevant district and ethical guidelines
• Supervise or provide support to assistants if required by the district
• Foster an inclusive environment that nurtures student growth and participation
