Job Summary/Objective

The primary purpose of this position is to support the program implementation and operations efforts of account teams. Responsible for day to day operational requirements for assigned accounts.

Essential Functions

1. Works in conjunction with the Management team to provide account implementation and operations support as required to install, maintain, and expand business opportunities.
2. Acts as a program liaison between Clients, Talent, and Company departments.
3. Reviews and assesses prospective permanent and temp/consultant employee background reports and drug test results against client requirements and partners with account team to communicate results as appropriate.
4. Assists recruiters as needed with onboarding paperwork and I-9 requirements to ensure talent are properly onboarded in accordance with Company and client requirements.
5. Additional administrative duties such as the scheduling, coordinating of travel and coordinating of meetings and maintenance of administrative calendars will also be required.
6. Contributes to other program implementation and operation requirements as assigned
7. Manages all client reporting and PO’s.
8. Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures
9. Maintains electronic files to ensure compliance for auditing purposes
10. Partners with internal teams and client leaders to ensure successful implementation of new clients or new procedures in support of existing clients.
11. Escalates client requests or issues to the appropriate team based on scope and nature of issue.
12. Educates account team, including sales staff and recruiting teams, on the requirements of the client and ensures adherence to client procedures.
13. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibility.

Required Education and Experience

• Previous business operations support experience required.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience or two years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent writing, communication and organization skills required.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Prior Technical or Professional Staffing industry experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, monitors, copiers, printers/scanners, phones, and filing cabinets. If working in a remote office environment, a clean, designated workspace must be kept in a safe condition, free from hazards to both the employee and the equipment. Remote office positions also require reliable, high-speed internet.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position: Monday through Friday, regular business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
