• Hourly + Commission + Bonus Opportunities 
• $60,000 – $150,000+ annually based on performance

As a Sales Consultant , you’re not just selling cars, you’re creating experiences.

You’ll:

• Welcome customers with energy, confidence, and professionalism 
• Learn what they need (and sometimes what they didn’t know they needed) 
• Present vehicles, demonstrate features, and run test drives 
• Guide customers through a smooth, transparent buying process  
• Deliver vehicles like a pro—fully prepped, explained, and celebrated ????
• Build relationships that turn into repeat customers and referrals 

You’ll work closely with:

• A tight-knit Sales Team  
• A supportive Management Team  
• F&I and Service teams that have your back 

You might be perfect for this role if you are:

• ???? Self-motivated and driven to succeed

• ???? Ready to learn (automotive experience is a plus—but not required!) 
• ✅ Holding a valid driver’s license with a clean record

You’ll report directly to the General Sales Manager but receive support and guidance from the GSM and General Manager .

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, walking, and interaction with customers. Regular outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with consistent use of phone, email, and CRM systems.
