Review drawings, specifications, bid documents, Geotech reports, and any other relevant materials to identify requirements for creating a bid proposal. Create bid based on the current and future cost of electrical construction based on the available documentation and historical data. Coordinate with vendors to acquire pricing based on the best interest of the project. Coordinate with ANDRES team members throughout pricing and subcontractors regarding changes and adjustments to cost estimates Attend job site visits as necessary to ensure proposals are accurate. Prepare accurate submittal packages and submit in timely manner. EstimatorKnowledge and Experience Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience related to multi-family, commercial and/or industrial projects. Experience in estimating projects within depth knowledge of the electrical field in materials and construction methods Experience using ConEst, Procore, Revit, Excel, and other necessary software to ensure estimates are accurate and timely.
