Demand Generation Manager

Seeking a strategic and data-driven Demand Generation Manager, this full-time remote position will manage pipeline generation across the customer acquisition funnel, focusing on converting marketing leads into sales leads through various demand generation programs including paid social, search, and webinars. Key responsibilities Own and develop Dynatron's demand generation strategy across various channels to generate qualified pipeline aligned with revenue goals Design programs to efficiently move prospects through the marketing funnel and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaign assets and monitor campaign performance for optimization Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Marketing Demand Generation within B2B high-growth SaaS Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce, with experience in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Strong understanding of marketing attribution, funnel analytics, and campaign measurement Experience managing marketing campaign budgets and optimizing lead funnels Familiarity with content syndication platforms and traditional/digital marketing channels
