Senior Demand Generation Manager

To support ChartHop's growth, the full-time Senior Demand Generation Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated demand generation programs, focusing on creating awareness and generating qualified pipeline in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned with revenue objectives, continuously evaluating performance for improvements Plan and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to engage target audiences and drive measurable results Manage performance across key demand generation channels, optimizing the channel mix and investment for improved returns Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated marketing with a proven track record of generating qualified pipeline Hands-on expertise in paid media, account-based marketing, and website conversion optimization Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights for continuous performance improvement Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing channel investments for maximum return Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
