Service Advisor Department: Service Employment Type: Full Time Location: All Roads Kenworth - Ft. Pierce Description If you are customer-focused, energetic and friendly with previous service writing experience , we want to talk to you! We are searching for a Service Advisor to manage the center of communications for all repair activities and act as a liaison between customers, technicians and the dealership . Ideal candidate is well versed in automotive service matters, managing customer expectations and consistent follow up. We want the customer to receive first‑class service at our dealership. Compensation & Schedule Starting at $50,000 base salary plus commission Full-time Monday - Friday and every other Saturday (8 am - 12 pm) Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance offerings available on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment 401k with company contribution Paid time off Company paid holidays Tuition Reimbursement program Employee referral bonus program Responsibilities Maintain Customer Service Index CSI rating as set by dealership service manager Schedule appointments and generate estimates for customers Advise customers on the appropriate maintenance required to their vehicle based on manufacturer’s specifications Document repair and service orders in the correct fashion (CDK experience a plus) Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities Establish and maintain a strong and positive working relationship with customers to encourage customer retention and referral business Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time All other duties as assigned AAP/EEO Statement All Roads Company and its subsidiaries is committed to equal opportunity for all, without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, citizenship, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic.
