Senior Manger, Clinical Study Services, Clinical Vendor Outsourcing

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Manager of Clinical Study Contract Services to oversee vendor and clinical site payment operations for oncology trials. The role involves managing contracts, invoices, budgets, and cross-functional coordination with minimal supervision, reporting to the Director of Clinical Vendor Outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payment and invoice activities for vendor, CRO, and clinical site contracts
• Manage payment operations including entry, calculation, delivery of invoices, and accruals
• Serve as subject matter expert and point of contact for clinical payment inquiries
• Reconcile invoices against budgets and coordinate approvals with project managers
• Track purchase orders and actual spend versus budget reporting to finance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 10 years clinical or vendor payment experience in pharma or biotech
• Minimum 6 years sponsor or CRO experience managing phase clinical trial payments
• Oncology industry background required
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
