Über uns Das EmpowHerNetwork ist eine der aktivsten Gründerinnen-Communities im DACH-Raum. Unser Herzstück ist unsere exklusive WhatsApp-Community, in der wir ambitionierte Gründerinnen miteinander vernetzen, Wissen teilen und echte Connections schaffen. Neben unserem digitalen Raum organisieren wir regelmäßig Events, Workshops und Formate, bei denen Female Founders mit starken Marken und Expert*innen zusammenkommen. Um unser Team zu verstärken, suchen wir ab 1.10 eine Pflichtpraktikantin im Bereich Social Media, Content & Event-Organisation . Aufgaben Unterstützung bei der Planung, Erstellung und Umsetzung von Social Media Content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Newsletter etc.) Mitwirken bei der Content- und Redaktionsplanung sowie Community-Management Unterstützung in der Organisation und Koordination unserer Events (von Location & Ablauf bis zu Teilnehmer-Handling) Kommunikation mit Partnerbrands und Aufrechterhaltung bestehender Kooperationen Recherchen & Zuarbeiten rund um Themen wie Female Entrepreneurship, Startups und Event-Formate Eigenständiges Arbeiten an kleinen Projekten mit viel Raum für Kreativität und Ideen Qualifikation Eingeschriebene_r Student_in in einem relevanten Bereich (z. B. BWL, Kommunikation, Medien, Eventmanagement o. ä.) – Pflichtpraktikum erforderlich Begeisterung für Social Media, Content-Creation & Community-Building Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du behältst auch in stressigen Phasen den Überblick Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten im Kontakt mit Marken und Partner*innen Affinität zu Themen wie Female Empowerment, Startups und Events Erste Erfahrungen in Social Media / Event-Organisation sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss Benefits Einblicke in die Welt von Startups, Female Founders und Events Die Möglichkeit, eigenständig Projekte umzusetzen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen Direkten Kontakt zu Gründerinnen und spannenden Partnerbrands Eine offene, inspirierende Arbeitsatmosphäre mit flachen Hierarchien Zugang zu unserer Community & unseren Events Interesse?
