Engel & Völkers Commercial is seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven professionals to join our growing team of Commercial Advisors. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career within a globally recognized real estate brand while serving investors, landlords, tenants, developers, and business owners across a broad range of commercial property types. As a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Advisor, you will represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing assignments, and investment sales while leveraging the support, marketing, technology, and global referral network of Engel & Völkers Commercial. This role offers a unique combination of salary support, performance incentives, mentorship, and long-term growth opportunities for professionals looking to accelerate their commercial real estate careers. Responsibilities Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors in commercial real estate transactions. Prospect and cultivate relationships with property owners, developers, business leaders, and investors. Identify and secure new listing, leasing, and investment sale opportunities. Conduct market research, property evaluations, and financial analysis. Prepare Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs), proposals, offering memorandums, and marketing materials. Assist clients with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and investment strategies. Negotiate purchase agreements, leases, letters of intent, and transaction terms. Collaborate with advisors throughout the Engel & Völkers global network to generate referral opportunities. Maintain accurate records and client activity within company CRM and technology platforms. Attend networking events, industry functions, and business development meetings to grow market presence. Consistently build and manage a pipeline of business opportunities. Qualifications Required Active California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License for over 12 months (1 Year) Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a professional and entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to develop client relationships and generate new business. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business technology platforms. Preferred Commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, sales, finance, or investment experience. Existing relationships within the commercial real estate, investment, or business community. Experience with CoStar, Crexi, LoopNet, Argus, or similar industry platforms. Knowledge of financial underwriting, market analysis, and investment sales.
