Here’s Where You Come In As a member of the financial consulting team, you will provide financial reporting to a subset of HUB clients as determined by the department manager. The focus of this position is to deliver regular financial and analytics reporting, along with market contract and pricing analyses, to fully‑insured and self‑funded group clients. You will collaborate with team members across the HUB Midwest‑East offices in Michigan and Indiana to present cost‑management data and solutions that drive bottom‑line impact for our clients, and you will play a consultative role in client renewal presentations as appropriate. Job Responsibilities Provide detailed and accurate financial consulting to HUB’s clients, especially HR and C‑suite representatives. Gather and prepare client information for carrier partners and market analysis. Coordinate and manage information requests and deadlines for carrier proposal responses. Produce and effectively present client‑facing market contract and pricing analyses to assist clients in benefits purchasing and strategy. Manage multiple deadlines and workflows in a fast‑paced, team environment while maintaining high levels of communication internally and with clients. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of carrier products, networks, cost‑management solutions, and funding mechanisms. Engage in carrier negotiations while managing the renewal/marketing process. Contribute to the enhancement of client services and sales by staying well informed and familiar with industry trends. Strong analytics, mathematics, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced team environment. Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and able to manage a high‑volume workload with competing demands. Willingness to travel to all office locations and client sites as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid Life and Health Insurance Producer License within 3 months of hire.
