Contract Manager - Major Power Construction

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPCM, NCMA) preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in contract analysis/management, with at least 3-5 years in energy, oil/gas, or large construction projects.
- Proven track record handling high-visibility contracts with C-suite exposure.
- Financial acumen to understand, analyze, and report on contract cash flow scenarios and risks.
- Experience with EPC contract drafting, negotiation, and execution for large scale "Mega Projects".
- Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication for executive briefings and cross-functional teamwork.
- Proficiency in contract management software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
