A reputable healthcare facility in New Berlin, WI, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with specialized experience in home infusion and sterile compounding. Responsibilities include verifying IV orders, preparing sterile IV medications in a clean room environment, and performing essential clinical duties to support patient treatment plans. Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm
• On-call duties every 4th weekend and one night per week

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license
• Minimum 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience, including IV preparation
• Recent experience in home infusion pharmacy preferred (2+ years)
• CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices and IV medication management
