Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist with a strong background in sterile compounding and home infusion services. The role offers a contract-to-hire position based in Milwaukee, WI, requiring recent IV preparation and clinical pharmacy expertise. Candidates should be dedicated professionals with a commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and mix IV medications within the clean room environment.
• Perform various clinical pharmacy duties to support patient care.
• Participate in on-call rotation every fourth weekend and one night per week.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 2 years recent sterile compounding experience.
• Recent IV preparation experience is essential.
• Preferred: 2+ years recent home infusion experience.
• CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
• On-call responsibilities as noted above.
