Overview We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support an attorney in managing LLC formations, compliance, and corporate entity maintenance. This is a full-time, onsite position with a small, busy legal team. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. This role is 100% onsite. Responsibilities Support the legal team with corporate-focused tasks, primarily related to forming and maintaining LLCs and other business entities Track compliance, handle renewals, and ensure good standing status across jurisdictions Review and draft routine legal documents Assist with real estate transactions Qualifications Experience as a corporate paralegal, legal assistant, or legal secretary Knowledge of or experience with LLC formations, maintenance, and compliance Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable handling a high volume of work and meeting deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work onsite, full-time Benefits & Compensation Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Employer sponsored health insurance 8 Holidays 12 Vacation Days Job Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Administrative and Legal Industries: Professional Services Note: Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Find Great People | FGP.
