We build robots! Well really just one simple robot right now... it’s for moving heavy pallet inventory at large scales! Ever eaten eggs purchased from Costco or Sams club? That supplier is our first customer, and it’s A LOT of eggs. three warehouses and growing. Our system is being installed in all three.

Compensation & Ownership

Comp is tied to company success: bonus for the first deployment, similar bonuses after, and profit sharing. $125,000 base, base raise after the first deployment.

Compensation is intentionally tied to company success. The first deployment pays a bonus. Later deployments pay a similar bonus. A successful first deployment raises base salary immediately. You also own the work: direct influence over the product, and a stake in the company.

Responsibilities

• Own the mechanical design of our robots. Assemblies, frames, and motion systems
• Work to refine documentation and workflows, from design to fabrication to assembly to installation
• Decide what we build, then prove it: FEA, hand calcs, and real-world iteration
• Vet current designs and raise the bar on what ships
• Create detailed fabrication and assembly drawings the shop can build from
• Support prototype builds and close the loop from the floor and the field

Requirements

• Does first, asks second
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proficiency with 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar)
• Hands-on experience building or assembling mechanical systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with material handling equipment (conveyors, shuttles, lifts)
• Familiarity with robotic systems or automated guided vehicles
• Background in rack structures or warehouse systems
