Certified Massage Therapist

Provide massage therapy services for a mixed client population, with a primary focus on therapeutic and rehabilitation clients as well as sports and performance clients. The Certified Massage Therapist will collaborate with a licensed healthcare provider, maintain electronic and paper-based records, and have opportunities for specialty technique training.
Responsibilities
- Deliver massage therapy services for therapeutic, rehabilitation, sports, and performance clients.
- Apply appropriate massage techniques based on client needs and treatment goals.
- Assess injuries to support safe and effective treatment planning.
- Use cupping and other specialty techniques when appropriate.
- Collaborate with a licensed healthcare provider.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and paper-based documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in massage therapy.
- Massage therapy diploma or certificate from an accredited program.
- State or provincial massage therapy license.
- Knowledge of massage techniques and injury assessment.
- Experience with cupping.
