Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Expertise in conducting and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate approach and commitment to student development
• Availability for in-person sessions

Your role will include:

• Delivering direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Assessing students’ needs and documenting progress
• Collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families to create a supportive learning atmosphere
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing thoughtful, individualized recommendations
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and school policies
