As a Restoration & Remediation Apprentice, you will support field response and cleanup efforts across water, fire and smoke, mold, mixed-loss, asbestos, lead, biohazard, hazardous materials, odor control, accident, industrial accident, and natural disaster projects. Working under the direction of lead technicians, project managers, production managers, operations managers, and supervisors, you will assist with equipment operation, demolition and reconstruction support, cleaning, documentation, and damage mitigation. This role includes rotating project assignments and on-call availability for disaster response, with opportunities to progress toward specialist certifications, technician advancement, and crew leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction and structural drying activities.
• Support mold remediation, asbestos abatement, lead abatement, biohazard cleanup, and hazardous materials cleanup.
• Assist with fire and smoke damage, mixed-loss, odor control, accident, industrial accident, and natural disaster response projects.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain restoration equipment.
• Provide demolition, reconstruction, debris removal, and surface-cleaning support.
• Handle, clean, and protect contents during restoration work.
• Document damage and project activities accurately.
• Take initiative, help team members, and perform rotating field assignments, including on-call disaster response.
