Client Advisor

Summary The Client Advisor delivers best-in-class client service while achieving individual sales goals. The role focuses on cultivating meaningful client relationships, leveraging product expertise and selling ceremonies, and contributing to overall boutique performance through a strategic, client-centric approach. Responsibilities Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with emphasis on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction Create personalized client experiences through product knowledge, storytelling, and styling guidance Develop and nurture a local and international client base through outreach, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up Support floor moves, merchandising, visual standards, housekeeping, and stock organization Locate merchandise from other boutiques and accurately process charge-send sales Participate in inventory and cycle counts and follow store operating and security procedures Requirements At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment Strong drive for business results and a passion for fashion and the brand Ability to develop lasting client relationships through strong communication, organization, and follow-through Provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to operate phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, computers, and other equipment Can stand for extended periods, handle and move boxes of merchandise, and lift at least 30 lbs Responsible for store security procedures including locking and securing the premises as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
