As a Delivery Driver, you will deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients’ homes and healthcare facilities, ensuring timely and accurate service while educating patients and caregivers on equipment use. Responsibilities Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients’ homes and healthcare facilities. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid U.S. Driver License. Three consecutive years of driving history with no major moving violations or accidents. Minimum 6 months of exceptional customer care experience. Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and/or on‑call when required. Anyone between ages 21‑25 must demonstrate a clean motor vehicle record. Preferred Experience Prior knowledge or experience working with Durable Medical Equipment. 1 year of Delivery/Driver Experience. Skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
